Please read the conditions below carefully. By sending in the booking form, you are irrevocably bound by them. It is important to note that these booking conditions and our confirmation form (e-mail or fax) is the contract between us. No verbal communication that may take place can override this contractual agreement unless Tsitsas Z. George have confirmed it in writing.

HOW DO YOU BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY?

First of all, you need to complete our booking form with details of all members of your party. Your booking will be made directly with us. In this case, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid. On receipt of your booking form and appropriate payment, we shall confirm the booking and send you e-mail. We reserve the right to decline any booking.

HOLIDAY PRICES

The prices and charges shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and municipality taxes (where applicable). Stay tax (0,50€ per night/per accomodation) is excluded and payable at the Villa Panorea.

We guarantee once you have made your booking and paid a deposit we will not increase your holiday price unless you make a change to your booking.

YOUR HOLIDAY BALANCE PAYMENT

A pre-payment for the rent is always required.

Payment can be made by deposit of 30% of the total amount in a bank account to secure your holiday booking or full payment if less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Full payment of our services will be made 1st day of arrival at the holiday resort. If we do not receive payment in full by this date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. Deposits are deducted from the full amount due. Please keep your final confirmation safe as you must present this on arrival at Villa Panorea.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

A. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

If, for whatever reason, you cancel the booking, the entire initial deposit is withheld. Immediate notice in writing by the person who filled the booking form must be sent to us. Such notice of cancellation is only effective when received by us. The scales of cancellation charges that will be levied for apartment-studio bookings are as follows:

1. Written cancellation received by us 61 days before beginning of renting the deposit will be held.

2. 60 days before beginning of renting the cancellation charge is 100% of the rent.

3. No Show or cancellation at the beginning or during the renting the charge is 100% of the rent.

B. IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.

We will try very hard not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change in date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the options listed below.

Options:

1. A replacement holiday at least comparable to the standard booked or

2. A replacement holiday together with the difference in price between the replacement holiday and the holiday booked or

3. A full refund.

BOOKING CHANGES

After you have paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of the holiday, e.g. type of accommodation. We will try to meet your request, however, a charge of €30 per alteration to the holiday will be payable.

Any changes must be made at least 8 weeks before the holiday date, and be confirmed to us in writing/by telephone by the same person who made the booking.

IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT

If you have a complaint about your holiday, please inform us immediately, and we will try to solve the problem on the spot. (We cannot begin to resolve the problems unless we know they exist!).

SPECIAL AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

All offers are subject to availability and must be obtained by following specific offer terms and conditions. Offers cannot be obtained prior to, or following, the promotional period. In the majority of cases, only one offer will apply and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

On your day of arrival your accommodation is available from 12.00 pm, or earlier for some categories.

In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 11:00 on your day of departure.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

Self-Catering accommodation

Our well-equipped self-catering accommodation contains cooking items, crockery and cutlery. You will need to bring washing up materials, plus towels for the beach, toiletries and personal effects. On holidays in Greece, bed linen and towels are included in the price of the rent.

Launderette facilities are available for any washing you may need to do during your stay and subject to a moderate extra charge.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

If you have any other special requests regarding your holiday accommodation please call 0030 6944 865 269 or write us by e mail and confirm your request in writing. Please include a telephone number in case of any query. We will do anything in our power to meet your requests.

All requirements must be confirmed in writing. Special requests cannot be made a condition of your booking as they are always subject to availability.

DOGS AND OTHER PETS

Most dogs and cats are welcome. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds of dogs.

DAMAGE CONTROL AND CHARGES

If you damage our facilities or equipment you will be charged upon the full amount of the replacement plus installation and tax.

PLEASE TAKE CARE

Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation at your holidays with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them.

USE OF YOUR HOLIDAY HOME

Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.
